Sales enablement training can become expensive for large organisations, especially when existing social selling programs need to be scaled. We have created the "Train-The-Trainer" program to allow companies to build specialist social media sales training expertise internally, rather than needing to rely on external trainers.
This comprehensive 2.5 day course will train your champions to deliver Tribal Impact Social Selling workshops to internal teams.
We've created the training resources so you don't have to. On completion of the course, attendees will become Tribal Certified Trainers, licensed to use Tribal Impact Sales training resources, including presentations, worksheets and templates, which are updated twice a year.
In addition, to ensure your Tribal Certified Trainers are kept up to date with the latest social selling insights, methods and techniques, they will be invited to attend 6 Tribal training webinars per year.
Tribal Certified Trainers are individuals who are passionate about driving an inbound approach to business. Most trainers have worked within the sales or marketing profession but most importantly, will want to share their practical experience with others through the power of education.
Admission into the Tribal Certified Trainer program begins with an application. The following criteria gives an indication as to what makes applicants a good fit for the program:
- 2.5 days classroom or online training and delivery practice
- Coaching support prior to first delivery
- 1-year license for Tribal Impact sales training resources for workshops, webinars and 1:1 coaching sessions
- 1-year access to sales training resource updates
- 1 year access to sales trainer update webinars (6/year)
- 1 year license for Tribal Impact sales training resources for workshops, webinars and 1:1 coaching sessions
