Our 1-2-1 coaching hours are designed to target support at specific individuals, making sure they get their best out of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Our coaching sessions are tailored to the individuals role, be that Account Management, Business Development or Inside Sales.
We’ll work with your individual team members on common Social Selling traits that are most difficult to adopt including:
Coaching hours will be delivered by phone/online and must be used within 6 months of purchase. We’ll plan a kick-off call with you to decide who and how to divide the sessions between the team, identify how best to communicate the initiative to the team and how we coordinate the session bookings.
The coaching hours are flexible in that you can divide equally or give your team members more than one session. Based on our experience, we find that at least 2 targeted coaching sessions per individual makes a significant impact on shifting behaviour.
We’ll work with each person directly during each session and provide you with a monthly status report outlining which sessions took place and an outline of what was discussed.
On completion of the coaching sessions, we’ll provide a summary report where we’ll summarise the key areas covered and highlight success stories identified along the journey with your team.
