About The Service

Targeted coaching is a great way to embed behaviour change following a training workshop as it serves to reinforce the learning and drive behaviour change.  More than that, it's a great opportunity to check-in with your team on a regular basis and capture the little wins that encourage others to keep going. 

Our 1-2-1 coaching hours are designed to target support at specific individuals, making sure they get their best out of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.  Our coaching sessions are tailored to the individuals role, be that Account Management, Business Development or Inside Sales.

We’ll work with your individual team members on common Social Selling traits that are most difficult to adopt including:

  • Optimising a customer-centric profile
  • Finding and profiling prospects
  • Building Lead Lists and Account Lists (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Digitally nurturing contacts with content sharing
  • Finding and sharing content using a regular routine
  • Reaching out to prospects with InMail and connection requests
  • Building a referral network of introductions
  • Using LinkedIn PointDrive to identify influencers within a prospect
  • Engagement in LinkedIn Groups
  • Identifying buying signals on Twitter

How It Works: 

Coaching hours will be delivered by phone and must be used within 6 months of purchase.  We’ll plan a kick-off call with you to decide who and how to divide the sessions between the team, identify how best to communicate the initiative to the team and how we coordinate the session bookings. 

The coaching hours are flexible in that you can divide equally or give your team members more than one session.  Based on our experience, we find that at least 2 targeted coaching sessions per individual makes a significant impact on shifting behaviour.

We’ll work with each rep directly during each session and provide you with a monthly status report outlining which sessions took place and an outline of what was discussed.

On completion of the coaching sessions, we’ll provide a summary report where we’ll summarise the key areas covered and highlight success stories identified along the journey with your team.
