Employee Brand Flying High - Tribal Impact

I want to fly Southwest Airlines. I've heard, read and seen so many things about that airline that I want to experience the service for myself.  Something that has really stuck for me is this fantastic video of one of the flight attendants rapping the safety announcements (employee brand at it's best).

Clearly this guy enjoys what he does but more than that, it tells me that the airline allows people like David Holmes to inject some personality into their job.  That they're engaged in the work they do day to day.  It tells me that Southwest Airlines isn't just a mode of transport...it's an experience.
