My role touches every corner of our organisation—from workforce planning and performance management to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered to grow, thrive and contribute. Whether it’s refining our internal processes, leading recruitment and onboarding, or championing professional development, I’m here to ensure our team is set up for long-term success (and maybe even a little fun along the way).
