    We know that marketing needs to be agile enough to align with changing business priorities.  Our points-based system gives you the flexibility and transparency to see what we’re working on. 

    Whilst the above packages provide a standard overview, our agile approach means we’ll flex to your business priorities.  Each month you’ll get a reporting dashboard detailing work completed, the results and a plan for your month ahead.

    How long are your contracts?

    Contracts are for 12 months because it takes this amount of time to see digital credibility build and convert leads into opportunities. 

     

    What are the benefits of retained contracts?

    Working with an agency on a retainer means less bouncing around from one project to another, a more consistent approach to your activities and gets you access to a wide range of resources that you may not have in-house e.g. copywriters, designers, SEO experts.

     

    When can we start?

    During our exploratory meetings we’ll work to understand more about your revenue goals.  We can then work backwards to understand how many opportunities you need in the pipeline and subsequently how many leads you need to convert across.  We will then create a proposal based on what we feel you need to hit those goals - normally takes 10 working days to turn this around.

     

    What happens if I choose to go ahead with you?

    We’ll setup the contract and work with you to get that signed.  We’ll then take you through our on-boarding process. 

    The first 2 months of the contract will focus on setting up your HubSpot portal, running a digital marketing health check, conducting a content audit, reviewing (or creating) your buyer personas, agreeing objectives, accessing your social media channels and establishing your keyword strategy.

     

    Do I need HubSpot?

    Yes, you’ll need HubSpot.  We use it (and love it) and know the incredible results you get when using the platform correctly.  With all the data in one place, we’ll be able to show you the impact we’re having and optimise the approach we’re taking.

     

    But we don’t have HubSpot yet.  Can you help us?

    Yes, we can help setup your business on HubSpot and have on-boarding packages to suit whether you’re taking just Marketing Hub or the Marketing & Sales Hub.

     

    When will I start seeing results?

    This depends on the package you choose and your current level of digital inbound activity.  You can expect to see initial results (such as increased traffic, optimised search engine ranking) within the first 4-6 months.  

    Within 12 months you can expect to see more significant impact such as higher conversion rates and more leads.  Can’t wait that long?  To accelerate your initial results, you may want to consider paid social or PPC from our optional extras.
