Hey there,

Well, today marks the end of the week 6 in lockdown here in the UK.  Whilst remote working is something I’ve been doing for a while, juggling conference calls and kids at home is a new experience.

I’ll be honest, I’ve been through all kinds of emotions over the last few weeks including fear and frustration (not quite the F words we’re used to at Tribal) but if it’s taught me one thing, it’s to try and remain calm in front of my kids.

Leadership, in a time of crisis, is essential - whether you’re leading a team, a business or a community (such as a family). But it isn’t easy so I’ve been reading…a lot!

This month I’ve pulled together some articles that talk about leadership during a time like this – many of which discuss the skills you need which are useful at work and at home.

Until next time, I wish you and your family good health.

Stay safe.
